Electricity generation, through Concentrated Solar Power (CSP), is produced using receivers located on top of a tall reinforced concrete tower. The tower must be designed to support a major load at its apex, and must be constructed within the allowable parameters to achieve optimal aiming of the heliostats surrounding the tower.
